When an employee leaves, the time that they left is recorded, and a report has been added that summarises employee hours for the day, week and month.
In Out Scheduler is said to be a suitable solution for those companies wishing to replace their traditional in/out attendance peg board. It aims to provide office workers with a simple convenient way of showing which employees are in the office and which are not, and was designed to provide an effortless transition for those accustomed to the physical in/out attendance scheduling boards.
To this effect, the software looks a lot like an actual attendance tracking peg board, the company says. Virtual pins are used to designate which employees are in, which are out, when they left and when they will return. Unlike traditional attendance tracking boards, In Out Scheduler can be accessed by all employees from their own computers. The attendance data can even be saved to a Web site allowing universal viewing in near real-time without requiring extra licences, the company adds.
In Out Scheduler runs on Windows 95, 98, ME, NT 4.0, 2000, XP and 2003 server. System requirements: Pentium, 32MB RAM and 20MB hard disk space.
