BulkSMS.com offers help desk for German and Spanish business clients

BulkSMS.com, a Cape Town-based wireless application service provider, has expanded its operations to offer support desk services to its German and Spanish business clients.

Our market is expanding in Europe and we have responded to our clients need for German and Spanish language help services for our Web-based and desktop application communication services, says Pieter Streicher, MD of BulkSMS.com, a division of Celerity Systems.
 
BulkSMS says that it has developed two Web sites with local language content to support the German and Spanish market. The company also provides telephonic and SMS call centre services.
 
After attending the CeBIT trade fair in March this year we recognised that the European market responded more favourably to services offered in their first language rather than marketing our products in English. Our online presence was re-designed to meet these regional market dynamics and our call centre resourced to provide first language support, Streicher adds.
