The appointment of a dedicated business development manager will help us ensure that our business partners have the resources they need in order to be successful and to better serve the local business community.
 
Butler has extensive knowledge of Avaya solutions and previously worked in a technical and pre-sales role with Avaya business partner, Dimension Data.
 
I have been working directly with the Avaya products, in both technical and sales capacities, for more than nine years, and I am very pleased to be joining the team at a time when convergence is on the edge of exploding in the local market, Butler says.

Butler formerly worked with Telkom, Phillips, NBS and Dimension Data, where he was a solutions architect, and manager of the companys voice solutions business.
