Infor aims to deliver integrated end-to-end enterprise solutions as well as best-in-class standalone products that address the essential challenges customers face in areas such as enterprise resource planning, supply chain planning and execution, customer and supplier relationship management, asset management, and product lifecycle management.

Infor is the third largest business application company behind SAP and Oracle with $2,1bn in annual revenues and about 70 000 customers.
 
Infor CEO, Jim Schaper, says that the acquisitions of SSA Global, Systems Union and Extensity will enhance the company's product roadmap, giving it more customer appeal.
