Foster-Melliar has been awarded Exin accreditation for the course that leads to a Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management. This is valid until 1 January 2009.

The Netherlands-based Examination Institute for Information Science (EXIN) is one of the independent examination bodies responsible for managing the ITIL certification programme by establishing educational requirements and developing exams in the field of IT.

Exin accreditation is awarded provided that all accredited trainers are subject to regular evaluations in order to ensure that all accreditation requirements are maintained for the duration of the accredited period. As a result, Exin accreditation is regarded by many in the industry as a clear indicator of the quality and continuity of an ITIL training provider.

Foster-Melliars Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management focuses on introducing a service-based culture to your business, says David Anderson, CEO Foster-Melliar. This training intervention demonstrates first hand the power of a common language, showing a clear path to improving overall performance by having an understanding of IT process, defining responsibilities and sharing a single vision.

Foster-Melliar is listed as a registered provider with the Services Seta ETQA, and local companies can claim for training provided by Foster-Melliar against their skills development levy.
