Deal brings choice to SA's automotive dealers

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company has appointed local company Compatible Information Systems (CIS) to its global network as a value-added reseller of its international dealer management system (DMS), incadea.

Compatible Information Systems (CIS) provides information technology solutions to over 200 franchised automotive retailers in sub-Saharan Africa.
 
Commenting on the appointment of CIS, Bob Sawyer, GM and vice-president of Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) for Reynolds International says: "CIS understands dealers' challenges, and will add value in the implementation of the incadea solution as well as the provision of technical support.
 
incadea is built on the Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Dynamics NAV Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform.
 
The solution is said to be well suited to meet the needs of large dealer groups, due to its advanced consolidation features, sophisticated parts and vehicle inventory management functionalities and connectivity options,
