Furniture retailer, Ellerine Holdings, now has three portfolios live on the Triad adaptive control system.

Triad, supplied by Fair Isaac Corporation, aims to provide sophisticated risk management functionality in areas such as credit limit management, collections and marketing communications environments. By making the right decisions for every account in a portfolio, lenders are able to increase revenue, reduce losses, improve customer service and ultimately, increase portfolio profitability and drive sustainable competitive advantage, the company says.

PIC Solutions assisted Ellerines with the successful integration of its FurnCity portfolio onto the Triad adaptive control system. The Town Talk brand will follow in September 2006.

Ellerines can now apply the Triad systems risk management capability to the groups portfolio. In addition, the system is expected to lead to enhanced individual account level treatment in strategic decision areas and increase Ellerines overall portfolio profitability.

Danie Colyn, group director of Credit Control at Ellerine Holdings, states: Triad specialists from PIC Solutions successfully integrated the first set of our accounts onto the Triad adaptive control system after the Ellerines/Relyant merger. This solution is designed to help us refine our account management strategies and ensure that we strengthen our customer value and overall portfolio performance.
