Woolworths celebrates ten years of Triad

Woolworths is celebrating the 10th anniversary of implementing Triad adaptive control system today.

Woolworths Financial Services is the financial services division of Woolworths. It provides credit through its flagship private label Woolworths card, which allows consumers to purchase Woolworths goods and services on credit.

The Triad adaptive control system, supplied by Fair Isaac, is used by more than 280 portfolios worldwide to make more than 44bn account and customer decisions annually. The Triad system is designed to combine predictive analytics, decision-making software and expert strategy consulting, to automate and improve credit and customer management decisions for lenders.
